## What is Yarrow?

Yarrow is a quiet, private logbook for the two things that are hardest to remember when you're hurting: what you took, and how you felt.

When you're in pain, the details slip. Was that dose four hours ago or six? Where did it hurt last Tuesday, and how bad? By the time you're in the exam room, the week is a blur. Yarrow keeps the record so you don't have to — and turns it into something your doctor can actually read.

TAP A SPOT, LOG THE PAIN
Mark where it hurts on a body map, rate it 0–10, and pick the kind of pain — sharp, burning, throbbing, and more. Add what you were doing and a quick note if you want. It takes seconds, even on a bad day. Yarrow can also gently prompt you at random times, so your record reflects ordinary moments, not just the worst flares.

EVERY DOSE, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Add the medications you take and tap one big button when you take one. Yarrow stamps the time and starts a cooldown timer that locks the button until the next dose is due — so you can see at a glance whether you've already taken something. Track how much you have left and get a nudge before you run low.

SEE THE PATTERN
Insights turns your logs into plain trends: average and worst intensity, your most-affected area, pain over time, and a body heatmap shaded by how often and how strongly each area is logged.

A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN USE
One tap produces a clean Pain Record — a body map, a summary, and your history — ready to print or save as a PDF. You decide what's included; private context stays private unless you choose to share it.

BUILT TO BE READABLE BY EVERYONE
Yarrow is designed for hard days and hard-to-read screens: colors meet AA contrast, tap targets are large, and the pain scale is colorblind-safe — every severity has its own shape and pattern, not just a color. Available in 13 languages.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your device. No account, no servers, no internet needed after install. An optional passphrase locks and encrypts your data at rest. Your pain is nobody's business but yours and the doctor you choose to show.
