The new design looks great, navigation is much smoother, and there are a lot more useful features than before. Being able to purchase tickets directly through the app is a really convenient addition and makes planning my visit much easier. For what reason must I enable Bluetooth to scan a damn QR code? What does it add? It’s an extra step. An extra point of failure for no added benefit. It did not work for me at Warner Bros and took 5 minutes to unblur at Ferrari World. It slows down the queue, frustrates the user, and provides zero benefit to anyone.
