Completely useless and no chat support option ### 1/5 — QR Code gets enabled at park entrance *2026-01-04* For what reason is the QR code blurry until the park entrance? For what reason must I enable Bluetooth to scan a damn QR code? What does it add? It’s an extra step. An extra point of failure for no added benefit. It did not work for me at Warner Bros and took 5 minutes to unblur at Ferrari World. It slows down the queue, frustrates the user, and provides zero benefit to anyone. The new design looks great, navigation is much smoother, and there are a lot more useful features than before. Being able to purchase tickets directly through the app is a really convenient addition and makes planning my visit much easier. World Abu Dhabi! *2024-12-19* After 5 incredible years in the UAE, I finally reunited my entire family (all 15 of us!) for Christmas. Following a morning filled with love and chaos at home, we decided to spend the day at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. It was an unforgettable experience! The park's staff went above and beyond, especially in the Boulangerie, where we enjoyed an amazing gathering. The quality of the desserts was exceptional!
