Meme les raison quand tu annule sont limiter. Je crois que Yassir doit être plus stricte avec les code promo avec les chauffeurs et leurs expliquer que leurs comment que ça marche. Ce matin j avais une course à 850 le chauffeur m a appeler me disant si j ai un code promo j ai dit non il m a dit mais chez moi s’affiche 950 da. Un autre hier j avais une course a 450 il m a d qu elle s affiche chez eux a 650. Je crois que Yassir doivent créer une ligne ou lien pour signaler ces chauffeurs ### 1/5 — Scammers, do not recommend *2026-08-17* First of all, the delivery literally took 4 hours, I payed with my card but half of the order was missing and when I asked about the refund they said I should just send a pic of the receipt, I did that, and after that they never picked up the phone, the chat is not responding and it’s been almost a month now, no word from them. You’re given the option of a better car a premium price yet, I haven’t a gotten a single car that didn’t give me the ick. Drivers asking to sit in the front of the car and as a woman, it’s a no-go. Customers service is inexistent. Not sure what the money the raised to scale and improve is being sure for. ### 1/5 — DONT RECOMMEND *2026-08-01* Absolutely horrible app and unbelievably bad customer service. I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER BY CARD, yet Yassir couldn’t even assign a delivery driver to deliver it. So you take my money, don’t provide the service I paid for, and then leave me dealing with completely useless customer support. This is beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The whole experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I expected a basic delivery service, and somehow Yassir couldn’t even manage that. I absolutely do NOT recommend Yassir. Save yourself the frustration and use another app. ### 1/5 — Horrible - please dont use this app they’re scum *2026-08-01, version 4.13.0* I paid with card for food delivery. The app’s support keeps hanging up on me, and they didn’t even assign a delivery guy to get my order , the restaurant owner had to deliver it himself, I’m never using this app again, the restaurant guy told me himself that they got their money and they DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME MY ORDER. ### 1/5 — The driver call you and ask the prices and the destination then don’t like it a cancel ! *2026-07-26, version 4.13.0* So expensive, so unnecessary. There’s a better app than this. Also, making life more harder for people with low income waiting for hours for available taxis who charge double on the street, but most of them are using apps with NO real customers with green light. This should be illegal plus l’m having a hard time deleting my account !!
