And what service do you offer, because I have tired of writing to the technical support of the app, I have sent emails, & I have sent my personal documents multiple times to verify my account and the system does not verify it, nor does it give me an answer, I do not understand I thought it was a different app because they recommended it to me but it is total chaos.
