## What is Yatzy Addict+?

Yatzy is one of those strange addictions that is better experienced than explained. It's hard to discover what makes rolling those dice over and over again so fun, but it's beyond delight when you finally see those sixes line up. 

Yatzy is a simple brain game that trains analytical thinking. It's a classic board dice game.
The objective of Yatzy is to score the highest possible score within the 13 rounds of the game. 
Players roll five dice in order to make the desired combinations, which have different fixed or variable point values. The results of each turn are recorded on a special score sheet.

Yatzy is played with five dice. This popular game, lasts for 13 rounds as the players roll the dice and attempt to complete various combinations. The rules of Yahtzee are simple, and the game remains popular among people of all ages. Simply roll the dice, make your choices and score some points. At the end of the 13 turns, the player with the highest point total wins the game

Yatzy occurs when a player rolls and all five dice are the same number. Rolling five "sixes" is the best roll in the game. 

Special Yatzy rule is, the first time you get a Yatzy in a game it is worth 50 points (if you use it in the Yatzy slot). If you roll another Yatzy after you have already got the 50 points (i.e., you didn’t take a zero), you will get a 100 point bonus.

The Yatzy scorecard or sheet contains 13 scoring boxes divided between two sections: 
1) Upper section 
2) Lower section

### 2/5 — Could be the best version of Yahtzee but...

There are some real problems with the math. Several times my opponent was credited with a Yahtzee when they had a four of a kind. Several times when my opponent rolled nothing they could use it didn’t mark a zero in a spot it was like it just skipped a turn. I can’t find a way to turn off the ads. I would pay 99 cents to do so. Also the rolls as mentioned in a previous review are definitely not random. Fix the bugs and you have a winner otherwise my review stands.

Interesting game play and nice UI, seemed like a good game at first, but then......

I noticed some odd patterns in the opponent play. Seemed like I was seeing the same things play out over time.  Eventually, I realized that the dice - at least for the opponent - are NOT random, but preprogrammed scenarios. I started keeping track of different ones and now have them documented like scripts. I have 4 documented, but near as I can tell, there’s about 15-20 preprogrammed games from the opponent: so the only real mystery is what YOU will roll and how you’ll play it. By the way, every time the opponent rolls a Yahtzee within the first 6 plays, it’ll roll another on the 2nd to last roll. Every. Single. Time. (It’ll be 5s the 2nd time, btw.) Also, the math is wrong for the opponent. I’ve totaled up the numbers for the opponent and it’s getting the math wrong probably 25% of the time. So, cute game, decent UI, but seriously under developed and poor execution. 

Get this for some time-wasting if you want, can’t hurt, but it’s not really worth anything and it’s not valid play or math on the part of the opponent.
