I refuse to spend any more money on this game until that is fixed and it is not my internet ### 2/5 — Started out good but not so great *2020-03-15, version 2.2.2* I started using this game when it first came out and it was my favorite game. However since the update it has been full of problems. I’m constantly having to close the app and reopen just to open my chest and it constantly crashes in the middle of games. As I said before if you close out the app and reopen then you’re able to finish your game but sometimes it takes multiple times to get it done. Who wants to do that constantly?!?! If I lose a game because you cannot keep a server connection working you should at least not penalize the player so let them keep their original standing and coins/crystals they had at the beginning of the match. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Not all the bugs are fixed on the game. ### 4/5 — Lots of bugs *2019-12-05, version 2.2.2* I have been playing this game for awhile, and really enjoy it !! But it is so unstable. I get disconnected and lose games, and it freezes up a bunch. Hopefully we can get these worked out !!!! Ok im done. I have tried to be understanding, and telling myself it is just a darn game. But with the freezing issues, i just keep going backwards !!!! Almost have s game won and boom disconnect. Over and over this happens. I love this game, but done until you fix it !!! It crashes within seconds of opening. Please fix it. Please fix this ### 4/5 — Connection and maintenance problems *2019-10-15, version 2.1.5* Man I’ve had this game for over a year. Y’all servers need upgraded or fixed. Over the course of the last few months, it’s done nothing but say I’ve lost connection. Even tho i have service. And then it takes forever to load back in and I lose the match. Therefore leading me to lose coins and trophies. And if it doesn’t load back in then it says there’s a maintenance problem and it doesn’t load at all. I love this game. Just wish y’all would fix this problem. And when are y’all gonna add in the different dice? The game is fun enough that I would purchase out of the ads but that is not an option you have no choice but to continue 30 second ads every time the game loads. My patience but we’re out soon and I will leave the game unfortunately because it is fun but I just don’t have patience for all the crap. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and your rating. Also, you do not have to watch the ad for 30 seconds. After 5 seconds, the ad becomes skippable. An X appears in the upper corner which you can tap to close the ad window. Exited the game many times and still puts me back here. There should be a timeout that automatically rolls. I’m using an up to date WiFi connected device. The troubleshooting tries to blame your device but the fact that they have specific topics that are clearly happening often tells me it’s not me... it’s them. I have lost I don’t know how many games, how many daily rewards and earned chests because of the disconnections that claim server maintenance. I JUST most a game due to what I assume is a time out issue but was actively playing and marked my score while the clock was winding down. I constantly have to close and restart the game because after I open a box it won’t always let me open a new one. Also after upgrading one of the cards it won’t update itself so I have to restart for that too. It was pretty frustrating as I was just all over the place and losing most of the time. But now that I have done my homework and found a good strategy, I can’t put this game down! Obviously I’m not winning EVrey time but just enough to keep it fun. This is definitely my favorite version of Yatzy! It’s much more fun than the scopely versions because you can actually see the point values all the time and plan your rolls accordingly. It takes some extra thinking on which charms you want to pick for a chance at extra points to beat your opponent. You need to build up your winning points to up your charms. Each 4 hours you can gain points, charms and gems. You use your gems to gain extra chances on your charms or can use them for extra rolls in the game. This strategy took a little while to figure out. The game is new and has some glitches. I just go to the Facebook site message them and they respond almost immediately. I really like that. **Developer response:** Wow!
