I finally found a hidden link to restore purchases, but when I clicked I got a message that said “nothing to restore” - which is patently false because I still have my paid receipt. No way to report the problem to the developer: the app support button leads you to a marketing page that has NO contact info. Been dealing with this mess for a few days now and haven’t been able to play a single game. Used to be my favorite game app; now I feel screwed over. Updating six weeks later after reading the developer’s response: I gave you a second chance tonight and re-downloaded the game. BUT I STILL CAN’T restore purchases. Still getting ads when I paid for ad-free. I’ve been subscribed for many months, but I am still getting ads if I don’t use my points to stop them for 3 days. I should not be getting them at all. One of the things we were told to do was to delete the game and reinstall it. I did that and it did not fix the problem. What it did do, however, is prevent me from being able to have four pass and play family members. Instead, I can have two, including myself, and two robot players. I need the four family member option.
