## What is YayPoints Rewarder?

The YayPoints app provides essential functions for our business users to manage customer loyalty:

1. Record Transactions
Scan a member’s QR code to access their profile and record a transaction amount, which converts into points. Direct point input is also available if needed.

2. Redeem Coupons
Scan a coupon’s QR code to redeem it, streamlining the redemption process.

3. Search Transaction and Redemption Records
Search past transactions and redemption records to keep track of customer activity.
