August 20, 2026 update: thank you for updating this app. It is back to being useful again. I can rotate my cameras to preset positions. Can access camera features again. 
Since latest update I can no longer rotate any of my cameras to preset positions, can’t move them at all and I can’t access ant if the sd cards to format them. Please correct these problems.

The app used to work well but now they have full screen ads at startup that take over the app and keep it from starting without many clicks and an unwanted visit to the Apple App Store. When it works it is fine but too difficult to start and use now. I would ditch it in a second if I could find a different app.

This company is a sham. The product is constantly showing advertisements which is unsolicited. You can’t get out of it. What’s the point of a security camera that takes ages to get into it after clearing constant advertising this and that!!!!!! Will never recommend this product to anyone, PERIOD

С каждым газом все хуже и хуже приложение, куча рекламы. Последнее обновление вообще напхали всего что можно на основной экран вместо того что надо. Теперь обзор камер не удобный зато куча всякой фигни на экране на первом плане.

It worked fine until the last update broke everything. The app won't connect to the camera and freezes all the time.
They wanted to make it "pretty" but they completely messed it up.
Not recommended at all.

I’m not liking the new update it’s not as user friendly as the old format .now you have to search to find the features that were up front . It’s a little bit aggravating!

This camera problem is STILL not fixed. The device repeatedly goes offline with “Network connection error / Device offline” messages, making live view and PTZ controls completely unusable.
I have checked the network, restarted the device and tried to resolve the problem many times, but nothing has changed. Even worse, when I tried to contact support about this ongoing issue, my email was rejected and could not even be delivered.
This is supposed to be a HOME SECURITY CAMERA. A security camera that randomly goes offline and cannot be accessed when you need it is simply not reliable.
This problem has gone on long enough. Instead of adding unnecessary features, FIX THE BASIC CAMERA CONNECTION PROBLEM. Users depend on these cameras for the safety of their homes.
Very disappointing and unacceptable. I will change this review only when the camera problem is properly fixed.

You can't not format your SD card anymore you will have tons off ads and the interface is so weird on two colours blac and white do something and resolve this problems

もう何年も前から使用してますがいつ開けてもも普通に見れてます。
海外からも見れましたよ。
なので自分的には優れたマストアイテムです。
他の方が言うような広告が邪魔するとかないですけどね。
変な所をクリックさえしなければ何の問題もなく使える優れものです。
使い方はとってもシンプルで簡単。あまりの低評価だったのでレビューしました。

I find it easy to use and operate all you have to do is go step buy step and you won’t have problems i have 3 cameras for my set up and they are perfect 4K cameras and the mic picks up amazingly 💚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙
