This is a very underwhelming app. ### 1/5 — App just doesn’t work on my phone *2025-07-16, version 3.0.3* This is hands down one of the worst user interfaces. I have tolerated it but since the changes have occurred it doesn’t even work! I can’t see classes, schedules, book. We only have 6 lanes total. But at 9:30 we have 2 lanes.. 1 single and 1 shared. So if too many sign up .. you just wasted your time coming to the pool. But the comment made was go work out upstairs. It is amazing…and when you ask who to talk to… deer in headlights. ### 1/5 — Old App was better *2025-06-03* The “updated” app is terrible. One of the key features I used was the reminder to sign up for classes… it’s gone. When searching for a class and using the filter feature, you can only select one type of class. The people who “redesigned” this app clearly never used it as a gym member. ### 1/5 — Not user intuitive whatsoever *2025-05-29* Booking a class is awful. Trying to book a pool reservation is a puzzle since that is hidden under “ymca mission”. There is no way to filter classes or Bookings based on time of day. I do not need to see classes or reservation windows from 5am-3pm. Also if you scroll “too fast” to get past all the morning classes, the app glitches and moves you a week forward. Honestly terrible. The Y is such a wonderful organization but this app has functionality and operating issues. Awful. On the YCLT app none of this is possible. This is an irritating bug because the app worked fine for months. This bug is still not fixed. When the Y converted to this app I was not able to login to the app until after the YMCA staffed fixed the problem. To add to the irritation, the previous app had worked fine for years.
