Often, before I go to bed at night, I’ll get a message about a class I completed before noon that same day. Absolutely! *2020-09-15* Will helped me set of the YConnect. I have minimum technical proficiency but just couldn’t manage the details with all the overwhelming CV-19 changes. I was stressed about the pool changes (I absolutely NEED the pool or I’ll go stark raving MAD!), new visual cues due to renovations, and new rules which I hadn’t a clue on (pool reservations etc.). But Will was open, friendly, patient and helped me get this done so I can reserve pool spots. Elija fixed my first appt so kindly - he was wonderful! As for Will, I even taught him that Y Connect could be accessed via a standard computer :-). The pool was fantastic- its been SO LONG! The life guards were SO SWEET. And finally, I can add aquatic PT to my total knee replacement recovery. THANKS Y Staff!! Chris H ### 5/5 — Fellowship *2020-08-20* The Y was so spotlessly clean when I come there! The organization of the carefulness the staff have developed is superb and makes you feel very comfortable! Great Job!! Tara and Dave helped me to set up my Y connect. It helps me to reserve my spot in the pool. I am not technically proficient so I was thankful for their help.
