### 1/5 — Crashes on export private key

Can't send any ETH from walletdue to error with automatic gas calculation (5 failed transactions now)
Can't export private key on iPad due to crash (works on iPhone)
£2k now stuck in this wallet 😡

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Thanks for pointing out the bug in the iPad which we missed during our testing.  We will put through an update asap to resolve this. 

With regards the gas price .... the gas price is calculated by Geth on our servers, and it selects the 75% highest gas price of the average gas prices in the last couple of blocks, usually that’s enough to make sure the transaction works, but if the network is under extreme load it may not be high enough…

If you tap the gear icon next to the fee you can set your own gas price to ensure transactions go through. 

With regards your money being stuck... given that you can export the private keys from your iPhone, you should be able to use these in a different app.

### 2/5 — Having issues can’t find support

I have used this ap for years, with no issues. However right now the ap keeps crashing and I can not open it. I tap the icon I get the orange screen with logo for about a second, and then it closes. No updates. I’ve been to the support tab and can’t find where to actually get support. Hoping tech sees this and reaches out. I’m happy to change my review if you can get me back in my wallet. TIA

...but if I try to add the contract address of erc20 tickets not listed the app does nothing. I can go back to other functions but I can’t add additional tokens. Great app overall.
