It feels more like a money grab than a useful app. There are plenty of free apps that are easier to use and offer similar or even better features. After that it's $4.99 a month. The app runs on real infrastructure and is built and maintained by a truck driver who drives full time that takes time and money to keep going. It gives drivers quick, real-time updates on whether weighbridges and inspection pads are open or shut, all based on reports from other drivers out on the road. The app is simple, easy to use and lets you search for bridges, save your regular locations as favourites and receive notifications when their status changes. Reporting an update only takes a few seconds, so the more truckies who use it and contribute, the more useful it becomes for everyone. It’s great to see an Australian-made app built specifically for truck drivers and the realities of life on the road. A very handy tool to have on your phone.
