Your app used to work, but it no longer does. No matter what I try it just spins.

Your keyboard won’t appear or disappear when appropriate, navigating the app is awful and crashes. Your IT guy that used to be your account rep back in the 70’s was not the right person to build an app that’s feels like Microsoft Frontpage. Call Duke energy and get some tips from a REAL company.
