My history shows one day vacuuming room by room and the next day no map to go by. The vacuum still works but has no way of knowing if it’s getting the whole house without a map. Annoying to have to remap. ### 4/5 — App ok but vaccum is not communicating properly *2026-08-09, version 1.4.8* The vacuum is not completing command to start selected room cleaning. Says, designated area not found. Returning to station. ? On iPhone 17. That phone also succs btw. Never had to restart so many times as it looses connection to the internet completely. Wifi and 5G. Maybe that is also the issue I’m having with this vacuum. So the App is ok. The vaccum also. However, a couple month ago some update causes the app to loose connection CONSTANTLY! So frustrating. Then I have to pair the yeedi bot to the app again, map out my house again, and set EVERYTHING back up. Now I can’t keep it out of certain rooms. The map is completely gone, I have gone through all the technical stuff, resetting the vacuum, the app literally everything nothing has fixed it. I have had this product for about six months, and I have tried everything listed in the owner’s manual to resolve the issue. Nothing has worked. I reached out to YEEDI support expecting actual help, but they just kept sending me generic responses that repeat the same troubleshooting steps already listed in the manual. Their support has not been helpful, they have not followed up properly, and they have not offered any real solution. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and much better customer service. At this point, I would 100% not recommend this product to anyone! After a month, I could not happily live without them. Initially, I had to invest a lot of time and effort to understand the software and how to maximize the utility of each Yeedi for my needs trying out various software/hardware features. Even though I have to monitor the Yeedis, rinse out the mopping pad frequently, empty and clean the dust bins, they save me a ton of time and effort. My floors look great, pet hair is successfully cleaned up, and generally it looks like my cleaning person just left. I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT Yeedi!!! ### 5/5 — Fantastic App *2024-09-29, version 1.4.0* No low ratings from me. For me I was able to scan the whole house in the 1st try. I’ve never had to change the map. The interface is easy to use. I love using my Yeedi Vac Pro to Mop and Vacuum. I have had this app and the Yeedi setup for a couple years and have had no issues. Except the bot was having issues finding the charge station. So I changed the order of cleaning rooms to be next to the station. No problems after that. I like the cross platform capability. I can pick up my Android phone and everything is in sync works exactly the same.
