Lock works great, setup on the initial device wasn’t self explanatory and instructions were minimal help, but still was able to figure it out! And then came the time to work with multiple keys and/or
Assign keys to someone else! Can’t register, can’t login, can’t get ANYWHERE! Website is Chinese (or), and it’s gotten very ridiculous!! Don’t waste your time with this! Someone will get this concept right and create a great product soon enough! I would wait! Don’t waste your money on Yeelock!

I can’t get the installed lock to open and the support website is not available in English! It used to work, but stopped working yesterday.

Tried to register and it never sends back an authorization code. Tried on several devices too. Comes with a QR Code that takes you to a 404 not found. 

Can’t find any support. Searching google just leads you to tons of companies trying to sell this unusable device. 

Shame that we expect to sell things and not be willing to support them.

My husband installed in a drawer without issue. Works great on the iPhone thou I have [1] concern...the need to submit a phone number in order to create an account to open the lock. User name & password would be ideal.

I am really impressed by this lock. I used it on my bedroom door and it works great. If you can make a stronger version designed for the door please let me know and I will buy it right away. The lock price is right. This is really amazing.

So after many failed attempts to get a verification code to set up an account, I was about to send it back. However, I finally got one back after one last attempt and the lock works great. 4 stars for poor set up. Lock connects automatically. No need to search for the Bluetooth connection. Quite handy. Exactly what I wanted.
