Me enviaron dos veces dos descuentos y siempre me dice que no se puede usar en ese momento después de años usando la app que soy nivel ya Nose ni cuánto. Hace 1 semana empecé a usar acciona y cada dos días me regalan minutos, o me dan cupones que si funcionan. Solo os digo esto por qué me molesta tener que dejar esta app ya que yo me pagaba los 90 euros al mes siempre y deje de hacerlo xq no veo que se me recompense nunca y espero que algún día mejoréis eso aunq de momento no volveré a usar la app. Arreglar lo de los cupones x favor no es normal que nunca pueda usar ningún descuento cuando llego gastado más de 1000 euros en esta app. Le doy un diez a la aplicación de verdad merece muchísimo la pena y la atención al cliente es super rápida pero deberíais arreglar esas cosas para fidelizar los clientes. ### 5/5 — Es muy útil *2025-10-10, version 6.8.5* Es muy bueno el servicio ### 5/5 — Amazing *2025-10-05, version 6.8.5* Thank you for the easiest ride share i’ve had. It took less than two hours to get approved, and that’s with a couple back and forth emails because I was missing a specific page in my document. The app is very easy to use, and there are mopeds available everywhere. I will definitely use it again next time I come to Barcelona or other cities where this is available. PS. Many better and cheaper options are available in Barcelona area. Motos are extremely slow and unreliable making them dangerous in city traffic. Battery says half full and after ten minutes the moto refuses to accelerate and tops out at 25kph putting you in a dangerous situations. When I complained I received a 1.80cents ride credit. Total joke ### 1/5 — Servicio fatal *2025-10-18, version 6.8.5* Las motos están en una condiciones pésimas. La bateria falla, ruedas reventadas y aun así puestas a disposición. Si te pasa algo con la moto no la puedes dejar donde te encuentras sino que la tienes que mover a la zona permitida incluso si te toca empujarla cuesta arriba. Evidentemente te cobran igualmente y si solicitas un reembolso (después de argumentarlo, encima), te devuleven máximo 1,80€. Es vergonzoso. ### 1/5 — A fuir et dangereux !! *2025-10-06, version 6.8.5* Très mauvaise expérience ! Le scooter s’est coupé en plein milieu de la route sans aucun avertissement (très dangereux en plein traffic) impossible de continuer le trajet ! J’ai dû pousser le scooter jusqu’à une place en pleine heure de pointe. Une fois garé impossible de stopper la course car « pas dans la zone YEGO ». J’ai contacter le service client un simple chatbot qui m’a simplement menacé d’une amende de 250 euros pour stationnement interdit. J’ai du pousser le scooter sur 1 km pour le garer dans une zone valide et éviter l’amende. À fuir pour votre sécurité et votre portefeuille ! C’est fou de de devoir payer pour un problème technique et surtout de n’avoir aucune assistance à part un chat bot ou une boîte mail !! One time, I was in a huge rush and needed to get somewhere quickly. There was a YEGO scooter in front of me, so I thought I’d rent it and go. But then I saw a taxi passing by and figured it would be even faster, so I quickly ended the YEGO ride and got into the taxi. I took a photo of the scooter where it was parked — the exact same spot where the previous user had left it — and uploaded it to the app. The app accepted the photo and confirmed the parking was correct. I assumed everything was fine. But later, I was charged a €127 fine. I think this is completely unfair. The app made money off of me without any real reason. I don’t think people should support an app that profits from situations like this. ### 1/5 — je ne recommande pas *2025-09-21* L’appli est très mauvaise par rapport à son concurrent cooltra beaucoup de fonctionnalités n’y sont pas. Mais c’est assez contraignant car déjà elle continue de vous débiter jusqu’à ce que vous preniez la photo finale donc si vous mettez du temps à prendre la photo ça continue de vous débiter. Ensuite ça ne vous lève pas réserver pendant trois minutes après que vous ayez eu une réservation précédente ce qui laisse trois minutes pendant lesquelles une autre personne peut prendre le scooter et donc pendant ces trois minutes quand il n’y a aucun scooter aux environs évidemment quand vous êtes encore sur le chemin quelqu’un vous prend le scooter. Aussi le traçage est très mauvais et il y a des zones vous ne pouvez absolument pas rouler. Si vous ne pouvez vous arrêter uniquement qu’au parking alors que ce n’est pas le cas du concurrent. Aussi c’est foncièrement plus cher. ### 1/5 — ⚠️ Avoid this app at all costs. *2025-09-12, version 6.8.3* It’s extremely scammy. They randomly charged me €127 for something I never used, and then tried to make it look legitimate with emails that had nothing to do with my actual rides. I hadn’t even used the app for days, yet they still took money from my account. Customer support is unhelpful and slow, and I don’t feel safe keeping my card details linked to this app. It feels like they just take money and hope you won’t notice. Do yourself a favor and don’t download YEGO.
