Maybe this review will be read! I renewed the app in October with payment, it is now February and there is still no service. I cannot access any music or even come close to a resolution for refund. When the app was working I enjoyed the music. My one star rating would be much different if I could access music. Beware if you get this app customer service is nonexistent.
