Departure time arrived but cab did not. When I called to find out if it was on the way, I was told that they cancelled my reservation and that if it was an important trip I should have scheduled by phone instead of the app. I would know that how? What on earth is the point of this app then??? ### 1/5 — Worst app and worst dispatcher ever *2022-05-22, version 6.2.0* Really really bad app. I ordered a cap for the next day. The cab never arrived. I ended up ordering an Uber. However, if you just want an app to take up space on your phone, then this is the perfect app for you! Then, when I finally booked a cab and checked the status of it 30 minutes after my original call, it said "still waiting for cab to be assigned". I finally got so frustrated that I cancelled it all together. I was charged extra fees for tolls and wait time? There was no waiting and no tolls charged anywhere! I got to work in less than 5 minutes for $27+. Fares are fair so no guilt. Though I wish they had the gps goodness if uber and had etas for our cabbies. No easy option to tip. I don't like carrying cash on me and like charging everything to card. Solid compared to uber. However there is no option to save addresses for an easier time to go between destinations.
