Use them all the time. The app is glitchy and “lies” as to how much time till the pick up arrives. ### 1/5 — Did not work for Toronto phone number *2022-07-22, version 2.2.0* While visiting Victoria for a couple of weeks I tried using Yellow Cabs. Meh. No one answers their phone. It’s an automatic answering system and gives no eta or person to talk to. Drivers say to install the app. However the app won’t accept my Toronto phone number so I can’t use it. No addresses recognized in my city, no cabs showing up on the map. Unreasonable wait times and unreliable service on the phone system. And you cant skip that step. Whenever I am trying its says something went wrong. I tried updating my iphone, switch it off and on, downloaded the app twice, but nothing is working. Call Center said we can’t help you and they were really rude. I use taxi for my daily commute and spends almost CAD 250-300 a month but now I have to download other apps to get taxi as its not working and no one can help too. They verbally confirmed and the taxi driver was on time and everything went smoothly.
