Your policy states it will be saved for 15 years!! Something very suspicious going on here!! It won’t accept any phone number I put in- mobile or landline with spaces or without. It would not allow me to complete essential fields to report suspected Covid vaccine side effects. Can’t really say much more but please could you remedy this app? Getting field groups together to evaluate the app and identify where people abandon completing it would be a cheap way to help redesign it. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Spent ages doing a report not in sent *2021-02-08* Spent ages registering & filling out all the questions and it said thanks for filling out & shows it successfully sent but when I go into the all on sent reports nothing there, I have the screen shots . Disappointed ### 1/5 — Doesn’t open on iphone *2021-02-07* I get a message that it isn’t connected to the internet and can’t open. It is connected. Have tried deleting and restarting and reinstalling. Downloaded it went through set up. Clicked on it today to get message that there’s no connection - wrong everything else works fine. Re- booted, still no good, deleted and reloaded but no good. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Takes all the side effect details but won’t allow saving/submitting *2025-10-08* Firstly, this app is pretty much unusable as is. There isn’t much point in a patient using it. When I went to report a side effect, it allowed me to get all the way through to the written side effects, but did not allow me to save the report, leading to frustration. Some of the fields, e.g. date stopped taking, if you click on it by accident, you MUST enter a date when you stopped taking the medication, even if you are still taking it. So although this is done for data quality purposes, it doesn’t give an accurate version of the truth. ### 1/5 — App is up usable in its present form *2025-07-20* I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go anyway, I can’t even create an account to raise concerns about a drug I’ve been prescribed by my Doctor, it’s for Diabetes but in actuality it is this new weight loss drug. Based on my experience, how this drug ever got to be recommended by the UK Government is behind me. The app would be good to be able to inform the people that need to know about side effects of various drugs, but if you can’t even create an account, why bother developing the app! Fix it or remove it, because at present it’s not fit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Now non-functional *2024-11-10* This app is vital but it needs at least an update to enable it to work on current operating systems. Come on developers. There are several questions for good reason but it still only takes 5 minutes. The negative reviews seem to be from people who only want to moan about possible side effects rather than actually help the scientific data gathering for analysis. ### 5/5 — Oxford vaccine *2021-03-11* Had my vaccine on 12 feb felt fine for 48hrs got up on 3rd day and felt headachey hot and cold shivery and itched from head to foot and horrendous joint pain so bad I could cry and developed a red blotch on my left bust 3weeks later still feeling the same still got mark on bust made a appointment at DRs he’s arranged for me to have blood test and X-ray have to wait 2weeks to have blood test and wait for appointment at hospital and all he could say do you think it just a coincidence I don’t know I just know I don’t feel well ### 3/5 — Report process takes far too long *2021-08-11* This app is a great idea and really forces you to check in with yourself after having the Covid vaccine. However, the process of reporting side effects takes forever and requires far too much info. Should I really need to select whether my flu-like symptoms caused death?! Submitting each individual symptom separately is ridiculously time-consuming, especially when they might last for several weeks. I can imagine that many people give up after a few days and delete the app. Perhaps a ‘how do you feel today’ section tailored for vaccine side effects would be quicker and easier to use. ### 2/5 — Hangs before Submit *2024-12-22* Tried this app to report something simple - but the app hangs when filling in the text of the description - screen goes grey all over - but text still editable. It is saved however in pending and I eventually sent it. This nerds sorting whatever is causing it to happen. Poor usability reports go back 3 years at least so not convinced it’s ever going to get fixed. At least it worked in the end. The website is apparently even more problematic - although that report is now old. ### 2/5 — Great idea but.. *2023-05-01* Downloaded app as the website wouldn’t work. I really wanted to report the effects of my latest covid jab as they were so different from the previous 5. I have given up after battling with the app for nearly an hour on my iPad. I am trying to believe that this is not deliberate and someone really does want to know about how the Sanofi jab has made me feel.
