The code is not coming. I tried different phone numbers from two countries. Why are you releasing a weak application that needs to be improved!?

The app has a lot of bugs , the location service is not very accurate and the address sometimes is hundreds of meters away . In addition there is possible duplication of orders which is affecting both the passenger and the driver, some work is needed to make the app functioning as expected

I have an EE UK number, data roaming is on can receive calls and texts from elsewhere but after multiple attempts and checking message spam settings still cannot receive the verification from Yellow Taxi. Same with my partners number (UK 3 network) so unable to register or use the app.

When you order a cab you often get a driver in under 30 seconds. Then you wait for 10 minutes, thinking that someone is coming, but when you close and restart the app, you actually see that there never was a driver in the first place. Avoid Yellow if you’re in a hurry.

Вчера сутринта пътувах с това такси и платих с карта. Първо, когато го поръчвах, ми изписа 10 и нещо евро, а накрая сметката излезе с евро отгоре, защото шофьорът реши да смени маршрута, доколкото разбрах. И за капак ми дръпнаха още +2 евро, което е направо абсурдно.
Днес, едно денонощие по-късно, докато си спя, ми дърпат още 11,64 евро – абсолютно неясно за какво и защо, но парите ги няма и нямам представа какво да правя.
Въобще, ако имате възможност да не си поръчвате това такси, не го правете. Чувах и за други такива случаи, в които вместо 10 евро са им взимали по 25

I have an account but I forgot my password. I get a message that it should be sent to my mail but it is not. I can’t create another account with the same number so I am locked out. I used to be a regular client but now I will be using other services.

Yellow suddenly almost doubled the prices and on top of that last time I used it the driver charged me 8.5€ for the ride (based on the taximeter) and then made one more charge by himself after I went home 
for no reason . This is unacceptable the way they make you tip without your consent . Charge for the ride and that’s it why when i get out of the taxi you make second charge if you want more money work more don’t steal from me . It cost me 10€ in total for a ride that should have been 6€
