Drivers that don’t show up Car location tracking isn’t accurate Time till arrival isn’t accurate Card payments have a long delay if they work at all Drivers too stupid to use GPS ### 3/5 — It’s getting there *2026-03-18, version 37.1.3* I’ve previously had bad experience with drivers from yellow taxi. But not any more and certainly not any more then you get in the UK for example. This app now works every time for payment and often the trip works out cheaper then the app quotes. It helps keep trust and honesty between the service and clients which is really important. It also helps when you might get a taxi driver who doesn’t know your language, as the app tells them where to go without needing to check with you. It still needs a bit of work with time estimates especially at rush hour. Sometimes the gps tracking is a little behind. Would be great to support tourists who ain’t have BG numbers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-03-03, version 37.1.3* This app doesn’t work . За съжаление не запомних името на шофьора и не оставих отзив навреме, но считам за важно да опиша случилото се, тъй като това беше първата ми поръчка чрез приложението. Още в началото на пътуването шофьорът заяви, че навигацията и интернетът му не работят, и ме помоли да използва моя личен телефон с карти, за да се ориентира по маршрута. Съгласих се, тъй като бързах и не очаквах проблеми. Малко преди крайната дестинация, когато по картите оставаха около две минути директен път, шофьорът внезапно зави в грешна посока, въпреки указанията на навигацията, че трябва да се продължи направо. След това маршрутът се промени и времето за пристигане се увеличи, а шофьорът обвини моите карти в грешка. В този момент той прекрати пътуването преждевременно в приложението, с което натрупаната сума за пътуването беше занулена, но поради стреса и бързането аз не го осъзнах веднага. След това той поиска плащане в брой в размер на 8 евро, въпреки че в приложението беше посочена сума около 6 евро. Поради напрежението, притеснението и факта, че не разбирах веднага какво се случва, не започнах спор или не изясних ситуацията в момента. Аз съм чужденка и нов потребител на услугата, освен това бързах по важна причина. В тази ситуация се почувствах много неудобно и смятам, че шофьорът може би се е възползвал от удобния момент и от моята уязвимост като нов клиент. Нищо не искам да изисквам, просто желая да предупредя други хора и да обърнете внимание на случая, за да може да се предотвратят подобни ситуации в бъдеще. Asked support - they said it works fine only with Bulgarian number, all another - no ### 1/5 — Сняли деньги и никакого такси *2026-01-07, version 37.1.3* Вызвал такси в Бургасе, сняли деньги с карты, с начала был водитель, через минуту водителя в приложении уже не было, просто запрос в обработке висел очень долго, я отменил заказ, так как даже не было водителя и деньги не вернули. It was late without any indication. I called the company and they told me they don’t know when or if a taxi will come. The operator had quite the attitude too. Also - login is no longer possible if you have ever used the previous version. ### 4/5 — Driver had taximeter already on. *2025-11-01, version 37.0.9* Driver had taximeter already activated and we ended paying 8€ more than we should have. Not sure if they are instructed to do so with tourists, or if it was the driver‘s mistake. We could not solve the issue with the driver because he did not speak any english. After arrive to destination driver told me I’ll need pay another 17 leva. If I’m say no, because I’m pay by app, they cancel my previous payment and add that money . Be aware OFF THAT THIEF !!! I received no help from their customer support call centre - the explanation was that the app support is handled by a foreign company which can only be reached via email and there is no guarantee if/when they would reply and fix the problem. You would be better off just using TaxiMe or a different taxi service. ### 1/5 — Atrocious reliability *2025-10-09, version 37.0.9* All drivers they employ are allergic to card payment. They won't take rides if the payment isn't cash, and if they do - they complain and make the customer feel guilty for living in the modern ages. Then you wait for 10 minutes, thinking that someone is coming, but when you close and restart the app, you actually see that there never was a driver in the first place. И за капак ми дръпнаха още +2 евро, което е направо абсурдно. Днес, едно денонощие по-късно, докато си спя, ми дърпат още 11,64 евро – абсолютно неясно за какво и защо, но парите ги няма и нямам представа какво да правя. Въобще, ако имате възможност да не си поръчвате това такси, не го правете. I get a message that it should be sent to my mail but it is not. I can’t create another account with the same number so I am locked out. I used to be a regular client but now I will be using other services. ### 1/5 — Charges for no reason *2026-04-25, version 37.1.3* Yellow suddenly almost doubled the prices and on top of that last time I used it the driver charged me 8.5€ for the ride (based on the taximeter) and then made one more charge by himself after I went home for no reason . This is unacceptable the way they make you tip without your consent . Charge for the ride and that’s it why when i get out of the taxi you make second charge if you want more money work more don’t steal from me .
