I can see my mindset shift by already!! I love this app, it’s so simple and easy to use. I’ve used similar apps for affirmations and journal prompts, but they’re always full of so much extra irrelevant info or ads or whatever else.. this app is a breath of fresh air!! Pretty much the only notifications I get on my phone that I actually enjoy!! 🤭
