Loved using the Yellow box. Left all my belongings in it, locked it and didn’t need to worry about anything. Easy to unlock with the code I chose myself, got my pertains and logged out. 
What a convenient facility at where we were. Also FREE!! 💛

After recent update, it’s much harder to find a locker… There’s no longer a map. It’s just so horrible to use

Firstly needs you to log in with your phone number. Second compulsory to include your debit or credit card and finally it doesn’t work!

The app’s no use if you can’t sign in to it!  The option to login from a work email address is at the bottom of the screen, but I can only see the very top portion of it, not enough to touch to access it; and the screen doesn’t scroll up to be able to get in there. Deleted & reinstalled, turned the phone off/on etc.
Guess I hope the developer sees this and fixes it in the next version.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the app. While we try our best to have the ui cater to different devices and settings there are inevitably some edge cases that get through. We have now made the list of sign in options scrollable, which will be a part of the next app update in a week or so. In the meantime you may be able to modify your phones font size settings from system preferences > display and brightness > text size to resolve the issue.

I used this box for 53 minutes. First hour is free. I was charged for 8 hours. Their customer service is like the Lochness Monster - neither one exists. I emailed and even installed the Messenger to write to them because apparently that’s their only avenue if support. They responded to neither.

This app used to be really responsive and useful for opening my locker with a single tap. Now it takes a good 10 seconds to open and get ready for me to open my locker. And then I have to dismiss a prompt before my locker is open. 

It’s now mostly useless for my use case. It’s now quicker to walkover to the card reader to open my locker and walk back.

First time user of this locker tech andI have to say that once you have downloaded the app, ooening ,storing and locking the locker - is very simple and easy to follow. It worked, first time! Well done. 

The above being said, $14 to hire a small locker for less than 2 hrs is an absolute joke!  Especially when you have spent over $130 for an afternoon at adventure park. C’mon! That sort of price gouging with a locker, really detracts from sn otherwise awesome day!

Very straight forward easy to use app. Instructions clear and quick. Small glitch, when I reset the pin to a code I knew but after locker was closed the pin did not work. When I spoke to front desk they advised the code was entirely different than I had set. The code they had worked but even when I checked my pin I had entered a different code. Regardless once we knew the other code, worked totally fine. I love that we could open multiple times to get things in and out without additional charges. Will absolutely use again.
