For convenience, I used the Yellowbrick app to pay for parking. Everything seemed fine as I always paid for parking on time. However, since June, I have been receiving monthly notifications on the second day of each month about an outstanding debt. The first time, the amount was €20, the next month it was €6, and today it is €3.8. I don't understand what these charges are for, as all parking fees were paid through the app. This situation is causing me concern and frustration because I expected the app to function smoothly and transparently. I have not received any explanations or details regarding these charges, which only adds to my confusion. I hope this issue will be resolved soon and that I will receive a clear explanation regarding the additional charges. For now, this experience has left a negative impression of the Yellowbrick parking service. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother in Holland if you don’t have a Dutch bank account *2024-04-21, version 7.10* Set this up whilst visiting relatives. Let me use UK phone nr and UK address. At the end it asks for bank details. Only A Dutch bank account, no applepay or visa. If they would have credited for the storing when I reported it then I wouldn’t have to waste my time calling or leaving a review. Do your job. It has been over 30 days and the representative told me that because everyone was on vacation they haven’t processed my storing complaint. I have multiple fines on behalf of start parking , confirm but then forgetting to press “DONE” so I think that I am paying but In fact I am not- a disaster Secondly the ‘notification ‘ that I am still paying is not often enough and should POP up on the screen of your phone instead of a tiny little red dot on your screen. I guess Yellow Brick doesn’t do that because they get ricn sleeping that way- people forget to turn it off and are not notified so sometimes I end up paying 70 euro for a day while I only parked for an hour. Summarized : There should be a much more simplified way to START parking and we should beNOTIFIED much SOONER and MORE NOTICABLE when we stand parked multiple hours so we are not paying in vain.
