I have had an account for more than twenty-three years with Yellowstone bank and they told me I should close my account because I wanted to mobile deposit a 30k check.

At random periods the app only allows you to view when it was last updated hours ago and will give constant error messages. The website login keeps saying something went wrong. This randomly happens all the time and resetting the phone or uninstalling the app doesn't work. They have a network issue on their end this always happens after they are closed. If you need reliable banking done, don't go here.

I gave 4/5 due to locations not being in Missoula but a MT based bank. And direct deposit not being as direct as it should over weekends. As well as closed Saturday hours. Would hope Saturdays they’d be open until 12pm.

YELLOWSTONE BANK is amazing! We have banked there for over 20 years. They are very professional and responsive!! Their staff gets things done quickly and concisely. We appreciate all their hard work!

I love you you can customize your account names, transfers between accounts are instant. Customer service is quick and easy if you get locked out. No robo menus.

Arriving in Gallatin County I was surprised & so very pleased to know a locally family owned bank  is still in operation.  It is unusual this day & time but it hasn't stopped the associates from being kind, caring & genuinely polite. Personally I find it reassuring to have the services Yellowstone Bank provides. Thank you & God bless all.
