The customer support is the best you will ever come across. Las issue I had was due to a woodpecker pecking out my sensor. After emailing Yellowstone.ai on a Sunday to explain my situation and what could I do to fix the situation. I received a personal phone call the same day. They sent me the replacement parts and instructions on how to replace. I recommend Yellowstone.ai to anyone who asks me. When I had a weak signal, they sent me more robust cellular antennas which solved my issue. Both the daytime and night pictures are very clear and clean. With the addition of a solar panel and quality batteries the power indicator has not budged in months even through several hundred photos. Customer service is phenomenal! Someone WILL call you back every time you request support and solve your issue. I recommend Yellowstone AI to anyone looking to purchase a cellular trail camera! ### 5/5 — Wi-Fi Camera’s *2022-08-31, version 1.3.0* Purchased two camera’s, both are working, the proximity sensors are super sensitive, one of my camera’s even picked up a flying bug! Daytime great & night time just as good. Had some heavy rain, no problems. I’m about month into use for these camera’s, definitely get re-chargeable batteries and the solar panel, I didn’t but next time I go out to check my camera’s will be replacing. Oh, I turn my proximity/motion sensors to medium on both camera’s. I would recommend setting up a separate email to get notifications, you can get LOTS! Oh and changes you make to your camera over wi-if can take up to 24 hours, that’s can take, but sometimes it quicker. I like the wide area that the camera catches , but I can barley make out the antlers at times. Especially when the deer are moving and when it transitions from dark to daylight . I would not purchase this trail-cam again. In addition, when a deer is 5 feet from the camera it appears to be 20 feet away causing it hard to make out the antlers and size of the deer. Paul Kosinski ### 2/5 — Camera stopped working after 2 days *2022-09-01, version 1.3.0* Set up camera for first time this season and the first 2 days I got 300 pictures of nothing. Then after that I stopped receiving pictures all together. Tried resetting the camera remotely, and having a test pic sent to my phone no luck. Reset all the settings to factory nothing. Camera has service but won’t send me any pictures.. If camera starts working again I would gladly leave a 5 star review because the app seems pretty easy to navigate and really enjoy that I can cancel and Resume my subscription at anytime. ### 4/5 — Just got it. *2025-08-07, version 2.3.0* I’m not real tech savvy, but everything I know so far about this camera is positive. Setup was really easy. Unit seems exceptionally sturdy. It wasn’t cheap, but then good stuff never is. Won’t get it in the woods for a few weeks.
