Terrible. They will take your money.

We worked with this company 6 months ago. We had meetings via zoom and where sold on the product. We went ahead and signed a contract with them (FIRST MISTAKE). They worked on our website and delivery app. 
From day one we constantly had to contact them to fix the bugs we where having. 

They lied to us about dealing with a payment company. (Yes we had done work with Canadian companies) no they haven’t. 

Bug after bug fix after fix and we where still not live. They claim to us to this day that everything is working (it’s not) we decided to send them a letter asking them to refund 1/2 of our costs and for the money we spent ($300.00) for a year plan we paid for that we didn’t use.

They said no and kept all of the money. Well then here is my review of them. STAY AWAY!!! We are still in business and learned our lesson to to deal with fraudulent companies. 

From now on I read the reviews of companies and there service. If I read that someone was not happy I question it right away and read on to find that it’s so true.

Take it as you will, I say a BIG NO!!! To this company.

After paying in full for my e-commerce site, the company failed to deliver. I cancelled in writing and requested a full refund which was not forthcoming.

Now, a full year later, they have just fraudulently deducted $1,720 from my credit card. The company does not respond to any of my communication.

I have opened a fraud investigation with my bank.

Hi, I am a small business man use to sell grocery, egg, fish and fresh meat in my area, I was able to make good profit because of local competitors and my sale was getting affected.

Then one day one of my friend suggested that now the world is changing, people avoid visiting to store again and again everyone values their time so instead they visit to you why don't you visit to their doorsteps.

So you should go with the trend and do something that you competitors are not doing yet.

I got his point and started researching. I always wanted to get online orders but I know the fact that aggregators charges a lot and you have to follow their rules and regulations. So I decided to take my business online as storefront.

I went to 2-3 companies who can help me with a platform and they were also good, but I was always missing something and it was really tough to clear my doubts and understand their platform.

Then I came across Yelo. it was so easy that I was able to setup my store smoothly and believe me this app is underrated (Reason I am saying this because this company have in-house integrations and its very smooth, they have better features that now one has it just you need ti explore it completely).

After, I have listed all my products, I shared my online store address to my local Facebook-WhatsApp groups to inform them about my online store and to start getting online orders. 

And this started working People use to order online and then I have a staff who use to go to their house and deliver the items. 

Now both my customers and me enjoying this technology.
