They did everything to make it easy for the tourist but whats the point of all that when the tourist cant place an order without Turkish phone number. This is Soo stupid. Whenever reviews my review make sure to get this fixed. If you want to make sure that the person is really in turkey then just have them share location and thats it, you don’t need Turkish phone number to verify the order. Third grocery order: ordered 20 items, delivered 5 and 1 wrong item. Delivery guy says he didn’t have time after more than an hour of ordering. But the app shows fully delivered. They even sent me a tax invoice of 20 items delivered by email. I lodged a complaint and it shows resolved after a few hours. I lodged another complaint, resolved again. But they didn’t do anything. Neither refund nor delivering the undelivered products. The customer care hardly cares. I don’t know what to say.
