Absolutely useless app. How can bank actually introduce such app with no features, cannot see any things except approval or rejection of transaction and u don’t know what actually u r doing. Hopeless app. 
Dear Bank, pls upgrade the app at least. I wil have no choice than to switch my account to another bank

We use bulk payments and there’s no way we can see whom we are paying. You can only authorise or reject a payment and there’s no list of payees that we can see beforehand. Absolutely useless app. 
Also you got to memorise all the OTP’s as there’s no auto fill feature. 
Needs a major upgrade.

Balance checking is incredibly smooth with instant, real-time updates across multiple accounts. Transaction authorisation is seamless, secure and quick, making bulk approvals and fund transfers very efficient.
