I would give it a Zero but it won't let me. They don't count points that are earned . Their customer service is NON EXISTENT! They don't care about customers and don't answer emails. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THERE TERRIBLE APP . They don't even care if you have proof of photos that they are cheating customers out of points that are earned !!!! They ruined what used to be a good app — Yes app . Check out BBB this company has an F rating .

The Gotham sports app will again not let me watch the Yankees.. I have a yes subscription but the screen freezes and will not let me watch. This has happened a number of times.. someone needs to fix this 9/15/2025… the Gotham app will not let me watch the Yankees… I have a tv subscription for yes.. this is the second time this week that I have missed a game because of that app.. the screen that lets you log on with your tv provider just freezes up and you can not continue…this is an on going problem with this app. I have miss at least 5 games this year… Once again the GS app will not grant me access.. this is about the tenth time I will miss a game on my I-pad …someone needs to fix this

9/20/2025. Another missed game thanks to the Gotham app. Went to the screen where you chose your tv provider and it freezes up, like it has done many times … probably missed 10 games.. please fix this

I had to spend time to figure out how to leave this feedback.  I don’t leave feedback unless something is great or awful - this app is that awful.  

For whatever reason, it randomly decides to log me out.  To log back in you need to work thru the lack of visual cues regarding what fields you’re in, how to move forward, and a complete lack of why you’re even having to login again.  

Such an awful experience.  I will not be renewing.

Such a money grab at the expense of the paying customer. I pay over $20 a month for this app just to watch the Yankees. Nothing like running trying to catch the last inning of the game and you go to put it on and it makes you watch up to 1 minute of ads. Some not even in English. Shame on the Yankees for letting this happen

No option to start a game from the beginning after its started.  Yankees and other NY teams gave a monopoly over the games and then make it hard to watch them. Todays game started over 5 hours ago, has been over for hours and it still isnt available to watch.  The Yankees game listed as todays full game is playing back as yesterdays game.  This pretty ridiculous considering that the app is twice as expensive as most other streaming apps. Please make it better, we fans really look forward to these games!
