But just keeping this thing in mind, don’t purchase the pack of Mock test as it is having so many errors. Customer is also as worst as Mock test. First, your app does not allow users to take screenshots or screen recordings of the questions, whereas other learning platforms such as Testbook, Smartkeeda, and Adda24/7 allow this.I would like to know the reason behind this policy. Second, I could not find any clear Terms & Conditions, refund policy, or subscription policy within the application before purchasing the subscription. Such information should be easily accessible so that users can make an informed decision before making a payment. I recently purchased a 12-month subscription for ₹599. After using the app, I am not satisfied with either the quality of the content or the overall UI/UX. In my opinion, the application is not student-friendly, especially when compared with other competitive exam platforms. Therefore, I request a full refund of the ₹599 subscription amount. I do not wish to continue using the service. I am also sharing my feedback through a Google review and this WhatsApp message.
