C’est très important d’avoir les personnes avant au téléphone ça sur les propriétaires mais les locataires aussi. Sinon j’ai quand même loué tout l’été avec Yescapa Mise à part ce problème là je suis contente De Yescapa mais franchement c’est un gros problème. J’espère qu’il remettront à jour quand les personnes veulent donner leur numéro. Moi je suis d’accord pour donner mon numéro aux locataires pour qu’ils puissent me joindre. Pour les mises à jour, c’est aussi un problème car certaines fonctionnalités ne fonctionnent pas quand nous n’avons pas un bon réseau chez nous je ne peux pas faire les états des lieux avec l’application par exemple ### 3/5 — Attention aux propriétaires qui ne mettent pas à jour leur planning de disponibilité *2026-08-09* Après 2 demandes qu’il a fallu payer et qui se sont soldées par une annulation de la part du propriétaire sans aucune explication, il nous a fallu attendre plusieurs jours pour récupérer l’argent sur notre compte. Un débit uniquement lorsque le propriétaire valide serait beaucoup plus adapté. Heureusement nous avons réussi à trouver notre bonheur et cette fois ci j’ai d’abord vérifié sa disponibilité en contactant le propriétaire (qui m’a répondu, contrairement à d’autres…). I choose 4x4 Jeep with the rooftop and AT, and connected with several owners and we choose the best option to rent. It was rather cheap and has insurance! Ich bin nun der glückliche und habe Probleme mit dem Vermieter und erreiche absolut niemanden vom Kundenservice! Egal ob per Mail oder Telefon! Hier geht’s auch nicht um 2€ sondern um ne große Menge Geld die aktuell einfach verschwunden ist weil die Website anscheinend auch Betrüger zu lässt! Vielleicht sollte man auch mal in regelmäßigen Abständen die Vermieter überprüfen ob Daten sich vielleicht geändert haben oder gar nicht mehr aktuell sind !!!
