I enjoy seeing the countdown to race completion and some of the interesting milestones along the journey. My only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is so many of the t-shirt rewards are cotton/poly blends. I don’t want MICROPLASTICS in my clothes. A few of the races have 100% cotton shirts but there is no way to filter out the synthetics options on the app. I’ve reached out to the customer support team and tech team a few times to request a simple filter, hopefully they’ll have one soon. ### 3/5 — Great Races, Clunky Integrations, Frustrating Adding Friends *2026-01-04, version 4.24.0* No complaints about the races but the app has some opportunities. The integration with apple wants to add all daily activity in addition to workouts which at minimum doubles your mileage. You can fix this but it still nags you to add the daily activity which is frustrating. The default behavior should be to add workouts, only, and daily activity as an optional config. Once that config is set, let me change but don’t constantly alert me to “unassigned workouts.” That’s a minor frustration compared to adding friends. Any attempt to add a friend to a race sends them a solicitation to sign up with a discounted referral code. If this is a new user to the product that would make some sense, but in our case it’s an existing user already signed up for the race. They aren’t able to join the group from the link, and there’s no option to send them a link to the group without sending them another discount code that again doesn’t work. Been fighting this for an hour and still haven’t been able to add the friend. ### 3/5 — Good app *2025-10-08, version 4.24.0* It is great app to keep you motivated to move but you never know if you will get the reward you signed up for? ### 4/5 — Mostly good *2025-08-24, version 4.23.1* Love the premise of the app, it can be a little buggy. For example I only want the location on when I’m using the app during my runs. This pops up with a dialog telling me to enable location services even though they are already enabled. It will run smoothly I love the different medals You can earn. The only other downsides are the pricing isn’t what it says they don’t add in the shipping and other expenses. The last one is you have to manually log your miles, time and calories. The random decision, not communicated to app users, to eliminate t-shirts as a race reward, except on launch weekends. So the races I planned to do no longer have the shirt option, and I don’t want a coin or medal. I wear the tees. I don’t need or want more clutter, which is ll the coins and medals are. The weather in the PNW can often be quite iffy so I use it indoors. It’s totally been worth the money. It’s easy challenges to increase my exercise and syncs with my Apple Watch. I love the Tshirts! Adding to respond to developer: I had to post a negative review to receive a refund. It was supposedly issued yesterday, but the email I received from Yes.Fit says it could take up to 10 days to receive the refund. I do not recommend them. ### 1/5 — App is a shady scam app *2025-08-09, version 4.23.0* App is a shady scam app..When they advertise yes fit on YouTube they say select your virtual race complete it select your reward but add never mentions you need to pay $29 to enter virtual race.Better apps out their such as win walk walk fit cash walk giving gift cards or money for walking .Low income people on food stamps or retired fixed income people don’t need to throw what little money they have away.People that operate this app have no morals and all they care about is making money. ### 1/5 — Most Recent Update *2025-03-15, version 4.18.0* The most recent update to the ability to switch between purchased races on my phone. I wasn’t sure I’d like it, but was willing to give it a whirl. It was so much fun I finished it faster than expected and got another, longer race. And now I’m hooked! I love the themes, the various distances, the solid and artistic medals and coins and the reasonable prices. I now purchase in advance to be sure I don’t have any blank days with no race.
