…kommt beim Neuverbinden der Kamera immer wieder „Netzwerkfehler“. Es könnte daran liegen, dass in der App keine Auswahl zweischen 2,4 und 5 GHz möglich ist. Ich hoffe, der Fehler kann schnell behoben werden. Danke. Dann gibt es wieder volle Sterne.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzelne Aufnahmen oder einzelne Tage (mit Aufnahmen) zu löschen. Lediglich das formatieren der SD Karte ist möglich! 

Bitte eine Funktion zum löschen hinzufügen. Dann könnte ich 5 Sterne geben. Der Rest der App klappt nämlich sehr gut.

Le pongo 4 estrellas ya que todo es mejorable, funcionan perfectamente las 4 que tengo puesta en casa, puedo ver cualquiera de las cámaras individualmente o todas juntas en la misma pantalla!!! Súper contento!

今まで問題なく使用できていたのに急にリアルタイムと録画がされなくなった。しかも毎日18:30から翌朝の8:00までの間が完全にNOデーターに
夜間が重要なのに困ります！The camera does not record or show live video from 18:30 to 08:00 every day. It says "no video" and playback is not available.

何をアップデートしたのか分からないが、今日2025.6.6から通知が来なくなった。色々調べると、レスポンスがかなり悪くなって、目の前で動いても画面の変化となり動体検知とならない。

The app always worked for me never slow I have had this system for 2 1/2 years.. what I can’t get it to do is learn us or our dogs so we do t get 200 or more alarms a day.. says it learns people and can blur out as well  for privacy still to date I can’t find the functionality of either one..can’t get help since I don’t pay for cloud services..sad really even under warranty they still wouldn’t help.. bought on amazon for $200 4 cameras and 2tb box wireless…it’s nice system wish be easier transparency with system specs or functions

外出先のスマホの4G環境で観れなくなった。困る。自宅内に居てWiFi環境だと映るのに、外出先で観れない。"オフラインです"になってしまう。カメラをリセットして再接続しても変わらない。
以前は観れたのに何故ですか？問い合わせしても全然返信が無い。

Sensors pick up my kids scooter or truck window for hours straight beeping. Then misses motion of people, doesn’t have access to the settings. It’s a great system, but with big flaws.

I tried to buy a subscription for AI identification services. 
Any transactions via Apple Pay gets blocked and some of them have been even charged (54,90 euro, x 3 times, so about 155 euro) to my credit card, despite the service has not been activated. This is because I realized it after 7 day free trial, while the app was telling purchase non complete. I’m still trying to go through a refund process.
Avoid absolutely, I lost a lot of money and wasted a lot of time

Non si collega al wi-fi pur con il massimo del segnale. Ha funzionato per due giorni e poi ha smesso di funzionare. Credo sia il modo per "estorcerti" l'abbonamento.

3年以上YESKAMOのカメラとこのアプリを2台使用していますが外出先でもこのアプリで監視ができますしAppleWatchにも動きがあればiPhoneと連動して通知がきます。使えないとかダメなアプリとか何をしたらそうなるのか謎です。ちゃんと説明通り設定してアプリもアップデートしていれば問題なく使えますよ。

I love this security system, at first it looked intimidating, but I enjoyed installing it, it was working great until I turned off the siren for a beeping noise, now when I get a alarm message and click on it, I see a blank photo icon list of my alarms but when I click on the blank I still view my video, haven’t been able to clear this up

It’s a good app when they stop charging it, the new update is rubbish these no alarm to put on it has disappeared n the smart mode don’t stay on pls put the old update back on it was so much better like that
