When SJ Distributors try to use this to sell fresh groceries .The order I placed has a deliver date in 5 days later , but the app does not allow to change the date or add / delete items once it is placed . So I cancel and place another order. The app itself is terribly built. Lots of bugs here and there. Just setting address took me 3 tries. Loading time for each page is long. No auto fill or Apple Pay support. The font choice is also very outdated. Overall, very bad user experience. The menu is not accurate from the shop that I ordered from —- although that might be on the restaurant. I placed an order and it was pending for 20 mins without the order being submitted. The order was pending even when I arrived at the pickup place, so I cancelled the order through the app and they will only refund me half of the total price!! Not even alerting me that I’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee before canceling.. ridiculous! ### 1/5 — 离谱 Price gouging *2020-06-05* 我和朋友从三月以来就在他家订，一开始蔬菜水果特别新鲜，价格也合理，还推荐给了很多朋友。 结果从四月开始就发现每次都有烂掉的菜和水果混在里面，不仅如此还疯狂涨价！！ 疫情期间合理溢价大家都能理解，但在品控不过关的情况下，同样的东西一个多月的时间里从$22一路飞飙到$36，local店里卖的还是原来的价格，yami是当买家都傻的吗？ 还雇人在各种平台上刷推荐刷好评，已告知所有朋友并拉黑！ the gouging is insane. It seems like they increase the price every week, by A LOT. One pack of dragon fruit was $22 in April, then $25 in in May, now it’s $36!! Also their quality control is nonexistent now - I have received half rotten eggplants, asparagus, pears, apples, and other veggies. It’s very upsetting because they used to be good, now I can only see that the quality of produces is declining significantly with each order. I would give it a zero star rating if it let me. Placed order one hour prior arriving at the vendor, order status still showed pending when arrived. Contacted customer service through live chat/in app IM, not responding at all. Talked to vendor about order status, just been told to wait til the app refresh. Also never received any order confirmation through email. My order number is ORD000052408. I see a lot of people having issues with the app standing outside the vendor.
