Too expensive. *2026-08-29, version 3.0.0* The teasers are great and get you hooked, but the cost for coins to purchase future chapters is way too expensive and it locks you into a subscription. The only way it lets you go past the chapter you read on the initial advertisement is if you purchase point. There is no option to watch ads or anything that would let you move forward. They just want you to buy from them. Run away from Yestory!!! ### 1/5 — Another scammy overpriced app *2026-08-11, version 2.9.0* Each chapter costs about $1-2 to read, they won’t let you skip ahead to the end or see if the book is completed and daily rewards are capped at 20-35 per day when your average chapter is about 199 coins each ($9.99 for 1450 coins) with even “shorts” averaging 35 chapters.
