New: a welcome that explains the idea.

• The first time you open the app you'll see a short introduction: why small steps work and, above all, how to read each day's square, where every habit you tick draws one of its four sides. You can watch it again any time from Settings.
• When defining your habits, the new "Ideas" button suggests concrete, measurable examples. Picking one fills in the title, description and category, and you can edit them.

New: daily reminder.
• Turn on a reminder in Settings and pick the time you want to be nudged about your 4 habits. It's your call: it comes switched off, and we only ask for permission if you turn it on.
• Settings now shows the version you have installed, so it's easier to tell us about any problem.
