## What is Yeti Loans?

A simple, yet powerful CRM for brokers to keep track of their clients, realtor relations, and tasks.

### 1.01 — 2026-05-09

Copy all notes — realtor pages: realtor detail pages now have the same "Copy all" button as client pages, exporting all notes (with timestamps and a header) to the clipboard.

Undo completed tasks: completed tasks now show an explicit "Undo" button, so you can easily flip a task back to active without digging through menus.

Editable notes: every note has a pencil icon — tap it to edit the body inline, with Save/Cancel controls. Empty notes are rejected. Web delete now also asks for confirmation.

Add Sample Data (Settings): new option in Settings to load the demo dataset (clients, realtors, notes, activity). Walks through three confirmations and preserves your profile.

Coborrowers: clients can be linked as coborrowers from the client detail page. Each linked client is tappable, and an X button uncouples them (with confirmation). A + opens a 
picker of eligible clients.

Tap-through linked entity on Todo rows: the linked client/realtor pill on a task now navigates straight to that client or realtor.

More loan types: HELOC, HELOAN, and Other are now available as loan types.

"Other" loan program: added as an option in the loan program picker.

Triple-confirm Clear Data: clearing all data in Settings now requires three confirmations to prevent accidents.

Settings icon + screen rename: the profile avatar in the navigation was replaced with a gear/settings icon, and the screen is now "Settings."

Profile picture replaced with icon on Pipeline: cleaner header on the Pipeline page.

Import / Export all data: full data backup — export everything (clients, realtors, notes, activity, tasks) to a JSON file and re-import it to restore.
