It's hard to easily reload and choose a new plan, especially for prepaid lines. The promotions are hidden away under "recommended for you" which makes absolutely zero sense. Furthermore I went to activate a promotion and was show a message that said "in order to see promotions you must subscribe to our spam". Seriously ? That's manipulative and wrong.
