Based on advertising, I signed up for roaming for my trip to the UK. I was charged 1799 RSD, but I NEVER used the roaming for GB as I was always in a location with Wi-FI. I needed minutes, not GB! I never used any of the GB for which I was charged. PLEASE remove the charge of 1799 RSD from my bill or give me credit on my account. Yettel’s advertising is not at all CLEAR; no offer of minutes/roaming is made, only GB. I signed up for roaming, but did not understand that it was only for GB. Yettel should do a better job with advertising its offers. I called Yettel’s Call Center when I received my November bill last Friday, 5/12, but I was told it was “too late” to request a credit. Moreover, the CSR could not identify my account even after giving her my U.S. passport number, my RS passport number , and my JMBG number. Really POOR customer services, poor record-keeping. It's hard to easily reload and choose a new plan, especially for prepaid lines. The promotions are hidden away under "recommended for you" which makes absolutely zero sense. Furthermore I went to activate a promotion and was show a message that said "in order to see promotions you must subscribe to our spam". Seriously ? That's manipulative and wrong. I had to hold my phone about 1.5 meters away from my passport because those genius developers decided to use only the telephoto mode (iPhone 16 Pro Max). The same issue occurs when scanning the SIM barcode. After four attempts, I finally managed to complete the registration — and then… nothing happened. The app doesn’t show any indication that the process was successful. Services remain unavailable. ### 1/5 — English *2025-10-02, version 2.15* Please add English ### 1/5 — Avoid Yettel: Broken eSIM, No Refund, No Help *2025-09-27, version 2.15* Even though I personally went to a Yettel branch, their support could not solve the issue with my eSIM on an iPhone 13, despite going through all the required steps. This was not my first time using a Yettel eSIM or other eSIM cards. In fact, just a day earlier I had another Yettel eSIM card that worked perfectly fine. Their support did not help at all, and their official response was completely unacceptable. I was left without any option for a refund, which means they basically took my money with no solution provided. Because of this, I am closing my Yettel bank account and will never use their services again.
