## What is Yev Yev?

Taxi Yev Yev was  founded in 2018 and it's based in Vanazdor.  The office organizes collective transportation from Vanadzor to Yerevan and vice versa.
The pickup address is the point  mentioned by the customer in Vanadzor,  and  the station in Yerevan is Barekamutyun street.
Taxi yev yev opened  a branch in Gyumri in 2019 and gives the same service from Gyumri to Yerevan and  vice versa.
Now  Taxi ev ev  organizes  collective transportation with  following directions: from Vanadzor to Yerevan and vice versa, from Gyumri to Yerevan and vice versa, from, from Gyumri to Vanadzor and vice versa.
The service takes also individual orders in all directions  of Armenia.
In general,  cars are licensed  minivans. The office takes orders 24/7. All calls and messages are answering  by EvEv team members fast.
The cars are moving from Yerevan (Barekamutyun) at the fixed time  and  taking customers to any addresses they want in Gyumri or Vanadzor .
The prices for collective transportation are fixed, but the individual orders can include different prices depending on the direction. The drivers giving service in Taxi yevyev  are disciplined,  polite  and  friendly.  
The office is taking care of customers, handles and solves any problems  that can appear.

### 1/5 — Rude drivers, bad app

I have had several bad experiences with rude drivers for the service, one of whom got physical when he he insisted I booked 2 tickets instead of one. I am also unable to login to the app anymore, and with no support options, I will never be using this service again. You are better off taking a GG shuttle. The drivers there are always polite and professional, and you can pay with a card instead of cash.

After many orders that has their ups and downs I firmly decided to get rid of the app and stop using the service when I received very rude, aggressive responses from the driver and afterwards, the “customer care” agent calling not to apologize for the inconvenience but to argue about my decision of not taking the ride! 

Well, I really value my comfort and safety and using Yev Yev provides none of them.

Сервис в целом классный! Но сотрудники просту смех 😂 Рассказываю историю: Позвонил узнать «если я поеду с чемоданами, как мне лучше заказать такси?» Вопрос возник потому, что автомобили на 6 человек, в связи с этими чемоданы класть некуда. Нужно ли мне взять одно доп.место или два доп.места, или вообще возможен только частный заказ? 
Но дальше пошёл настоящий цирк. 

Мужчина поднял трубку, и начал говорить, что он не понимает по-Русски, я говорю, «In English?». Он говорит, «Go English!». Далее я объясняю ему на английском, он, как мне кажется начинает не понимать, и говорит на английском, что передаст русскому другу трубку. И продолжает говорить со мной на русском 🤣. Я спрашиваю, это же вы, он говорит, « Нет, Я передал другу телефон, чтобы он поговорил на русском» произнося это на русском языке 😂. Я непонимая зачем он так делает, продолжаю диалог на русско-английском языке, для большего понимая друг друга. Человек же на другом конце провода упрекает меня в том, что не надо разговаривать на разных языках, говоря, что это неправильно! Когда наш диалог закончился, он просто заблокировал мой номер телефона в приложении! 😁 

 Столь низкого поступка я даже предположить не мог, он бы еще нагадил мне на коврик в подъезде 🤦‍♂️😅. 

 Если руководство приложения увидят этот отзыв и разберутся в русофобии/межнациональной агрессии, проявленной этим сотрудником, буду очень рад!)
