It was just a small business from home selling gifting service. I understand closing can be such a hussle and tedious so I used yezza.io to ensure I’m not too intimidated with non stop Whatsapp/Instagram inquiries (tho it was not a big number for a first timer) as soon as I launched the business. Customers can simply checkout through yezza. And I reached my first RM500 within a week after launching (not a huge achievement to brag on 😆). What can I say..yezza is a very good platform for newbies who just want to kick start a new business, want a smooth closing but hate/nervous to entertain customers one by one, don’t have the budget to hire web developer for your own web, and...you want to start small but smart and smooth at the same time. Yezza is the place. Just make sure you have all the product details, decent photo of your products and some copywriting of your own, you’re good to go! I haven’t fully utilised my yezza store yet (haven’t find the right way to arrange due to my current business model), only 10% from total sales in November were from yezza, InsyaAllah will try to fully utilise this platform soon. It helped a lotttt for small business owner like me. I applaud for your contributions. Tqvm. However, can you re-arrange the steps to order for customer? For example, customer fill in name and contact number. Can you put delivery charge/location after that? Many customers did not proceed until the end and they whatsapp us to know the delivery charges to their location. Another scenario is, we have to contact them for follow up ‘are you still interested and why you haven’t check out?’.
