Add blood lab results and physical tests like pushups, dead hang, and reaction time. "yhap" combines it all into a single biological age estimate broken down across lifestyle, performance, and core health metrics.

Talk to your data
Ask the AI chat anything about your health. Log meals by text or photo, record workouts and sleep, or get a deep-dive analysis of your latest run — complete with heart rate zones and pacing insights. "yhap" uses the latest AI models to turn your numbers into actionable guidance.

Follow a path
Stick to daily targets like 8,000 steps or 7 hours of sleep, and track your streak. Paths level up as you progress, keeping the challenge fresh.

Bring your crew
Create a crew, invite friends with a code, and compare weekly stats. See each other's workouts and get notified when someone's been inactive — friendly accountability without the noise.

Your data, protected
All health data is encrypted at rest. There is no public feed and no user-generated content visible to others - only workout stats shared within your crew.
