The battery charges but only lasts a few minutes, even when plugged in. I would like a full refund for this purchase or a replacement with a device that works as advertised. But slowly I started feeling the frustration when it would long delay opening up in the app. Soon it got to a point I was lucky if it opened. tried removing camera and re-syncing..nothing worked and no where to find support. Finally when it would work, the app would drop connection after about 45sec-1min. No abilities to update app or seek support. Disappointed. But more importantly the app says it’s online but won’t work after a couple days. I have to factory reset and start over only to find out it works for a couple days.
