I have a WIFI Camera. They inundate it with ads and then force you into a subscription. ### 1/5 — Disgusting trash *2026-07-10, version 2.2.2* It used to be a good camera, I used it to keep my eyes on my place while travelling or more often on my dog while I was out. But now they force you to sign into a subscription, they said it was free for 3 days at least and I signed so I could use it for free temporarily but right on the next screen they asked me to subscribe for real this time! And it charged me right a way, event I didn’t want it! And after all those stupid things, I could not connect the camera I have for years. The camera basically doesn’t work anymore! And the real joke: When I click on the support button they have available inside the app, it attempts to open my BUS APP! Yeah, for some reason support needs to know the track I take to work so they can properly help me. It’s disgusting to have cameras I had to pay and I cannot use it properly because a company just gave up everything and now they are only trying to use abusive and probably illegal ways to take money from you… ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-07-10, version 2.1.9* couldn’t use it, so much ads, was not like this before, unbearable ### 1/5 — Terrible scammers *2026-07-10, version 2.1.9* I can’t even get the app to stay open. They forced me into a 4.99 per week subscription during setup before showing anything and I can’t even open the app. Zero or negative stars would be the right rating on 5 ### 1/5 — Forced payment for app trial *2026-07-04, version 2.1.9* I tried to sign up for a trial and after 3 attempts it actually charged me for the free trial and then the app would close every time I tried to log in. They keep increasing their prices. Now, you have to watch ADs as if we don’t see enough daily. Ads and home security cameras should not be mixed. You can’t wait over a minute to check out what the alert is when you have to watch an Ad. Then they loaded it up with advertisement as to where it’s totally useless to me. Now the app is forcing to buy their cloud service. I paid for it one year and there was no value to it since I have memory cards on my cameras. Now it makes me watch long ads and they make it very difficult to watch live feeds or even access my memory cards. It constantly makes user go back to watch more ads and always asking for me to buy their cloud service. I Don’t Want Your Cloud Service. Now if something is happening and I want to check my camera I have to sit through multiple ads. But if you’re actually trying to observe your property. Every time you open the app there is a long delay while it downloads and displays an ad. When you click a camera you are forced to watch an ad. When you exit a camera forced ad. When you zoom a camera and watch playback you are forced to watch an ad or popup every time you scroll the time. The app opens ad links in your browser which can be very dangerous.
