WORST CAMERA EVER, when it first came out was best camera without any interruptions. Now you cant even open the camera without ads or pop ups, i get it nothing is free anymore but there are plenty of cameras that have better quality and dont have as many ads and are free to use even the cloud.

App is unusable and cannot be relied upon with a premium service plan. When the item first came out this wasn’t apart of the platform. Steady they have moved onto another method for generating more revenue not associated with the original product. The pop up adverts usually are stuck and are extremely difficult to take off the screen, the premium plan can remove them but you rather invest in another system that doesn’t require a subscription. Currently gathering all 15 cameras to take to the recycling centre.

Absolutely horrible. This app is full of ads and it makes it difficult to use. I would’ve returned the cameras if I didn’t wait so long to install them.

Save yourself the time and money and get a different brand camera. I have two other brands and this one and the app are by far the worst. There are so many ads on a camera that I BOUGHT, that’s it’s basically unusable. I’m not paying to remove ads on a device that was already purchased. If there’s ever a real emergency, you wouldn’t be able to see it cause you have to wait through a minute of ads and two minutes of mini games that you have to play in order to get the ad to close. Scam.
