Without any warning they removed Wendys from the app. I only get applebees and Olive Garden.

Hice una orden para pickup y cuando llego a recogerla, la empleada me indica que no tienen los productos disponibles. La app ofrece productos que no están disponibles en tienda. Luego que pagas, complicado que te devuelvan el dinero. El número de contacto de la app no funciona. A través de la empleada me contactaron para la devolución del dinero, quedaron en enviarlo el mismo día y aún no lo he recibido. Servicio al cliente fatal. En fin, pésimo servicio. No descarguen esta app.

No sirve esta app. Quedaron en devolverme el dinero por cancelación de un pedido que ellos no pudieron procesar y nunca los recibí. Llamó y dicen que no tiene control sobre eso. Ineficientes!

The interphase and process doesn’t make sense and the menu is incomplete.

Pido las ordenes “curbside” y tengo que bajarme a recoger la orden, adicional a que la orden no estaba lista. Cuando me la entregaron, la orden incompleta.

The app doesn’t allow you to manage your existing payment details. Neither edit nor delete. Also has many navigation issues. Padding is off and too on the top interface interfering with the notch

La he utilizado en PR y nunca he tenido problemas. Sebastián (el director de operaciones) ha sido muy amable y diligente. Definitivamente recomiendo utilizarla. Su menú está muy bien organizado y es muy fácil de ordenar.

Llegamos nunca habíamos usado la app, la bajamos (fue súper rápido) y ordenamos. El menú estaba bien distribuido y todo bien desarrollado. El tiempo de espera fue bien absurdo no estuvimos ni 15 minutos y ya teníamos nuestra orden lista y bien. Inclusive hasta mejor que por el servicarro. 20/10 !!!
